Tertiary Activity Park
The CIM el Camp Tertiary Activity Park
is an area of business, tertiary and commercial activities
perfectly located between the cities of Tarragona and Reus.
Entities have already set up such as the Tarragona Water
Consortium and the Catalonia Emergency Centre 112 (CECAT).
In the second quarter of 2010, activity is expected to start
in the new CECAT headquarters, now under construction and
which will have a total ceiling area of 8,000 m2.
The CIM el Camp Tertiary Activity Park
(PAT CIM el Camp) is a complex of four blocks with a total
surface area of 51,000 m2 and maximum constructable ceiling
of 85,000 m2. The main uses allowed are tertiary, commercial
and hotel, amongst others.
The PAT CIM el Camp is a safe, quality option in the Camp de
Tarragona area and will be an opportunity for all companies

The plots are located at the foot of the T-11 freeway
(Tarragona-Reus) and at an equal distance from the cities of
